Ingredients 材料

Mozzarella or Swiss cheese, fat free, shredded(脫脂莫扎里拉/瑞士芝士,切絲)8 tbsp(湯匙)
Directions 做法
Add onions and garlic to lightly greased Dutch oven and cook, covered, over medium low heat until wilted, 8-10 minutes.
焗爐預熱中至慢火。烤盤掃上薄薄的油後加上蓋,把洋蔥和蒜茸焗至開始變軟,大約8-10分鐘。
Stir in sugar and continue cooking, uncovered, until onions are lightly browned.
加入砂糖,打開蓋,繼續焗至洋蔥變金黃色。
Stir in broth and bay leaves, heat to boiling.
加入菜湯和桂葉,加熱至滾。
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
轉慢火,加蓋煮約30分鐘。
Discard bay leaves, season to taste with salt and white pepper.
除去桂葉,加鹽及白胡椒粉調味。
Top each bread slices with 1 tabkesoon cheese, broil 6 inches from heat source until cheese melted.

Top each bowl of soup with a Brushetta.
